  Worse JC Penney store I've ever been to. We went there yesterday to find one item. NO employees anywhere in the store to help me . Finally found what might work for me and went to register in back of the store (NO other registers were open). I was next in line. When I walked up to the register to pay, this rude man came up to the register clerk and told her to take me to another register. I explained to this rude man that the reason I came to this register was because there were 7 people in line at the other register. He told the clerk to take me to the other register NOW!! - that he was going to work this register. NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME IN LINE. Why couldn't he just ring me up . BTW - I only had one item of clothing. I asked the clerk who that man was and she graciously apologized for his behavior and said that he was the Gen'l Manager of the store. SERIOUSLY???? I can see why they have no employees (who would work for this man) JC Penney - you lost our business !!!
